Bowmanville, ON – July 14, 2025 — DXDT Racing delivered a determined performance this weekend at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP), finishing just shy of the podium with a strong fourth-place result in IMSA’s Chevrolet Grand Prix.

Piloting the No. 36 Corvette Z06 GT3.R, Canadian Robert Wickens and teammate Alec Udell showcased exceptional consistency and teamwork across the high-speed 2.459-mile circuit, battling fiercely through traffic and strategy calls during the two-hour, 40-minute event.

Wickens qualified third, securing the teams third consecutive top-three start in their IMSA debut season. He completed the opening stint before handing over driving duties to Udell just before the halfway point. Both drivers demonstrated impressive pace and racecraft, remaining in contention throughout multiple full-course cautions and pit stop cycles. With a flawless final stint, a couple of late full-course cautions ultimately denied them a podium result.

“We’re proud of the entire team’s effort this weekend,” said Erin Gahagan, General Manager of DXDT Racing. “CTMP is a demanding track, and the competition is incredibly tight. Finishing fourth shows the progress we’ve made and keeps us in the fight for podium finishes.”

The result at CTMP continues DXDT Racing’s consistent run in the 2025 IMSA season and sets the stage for an exciting second half of the championship.

Next up, the team heads to Road America for Round eight of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar GTD Championship on August 2nd.

Robert did a great job and gave me a great car, he had great pace.  I am looking forward to getting to Road America and seeing if we can take it a few steps further.”
